Guildford County School, Surrey

The brief was to develop a creative design linking a newly proposed sports pitch with the existing school buildings. In response Studio Loci have created a multi level terraced entrance that acts as both an everyday seating area, viewing platform to the pitch as well as a thoroughfare between areas. The hardstanding is offset with a series of planted terraces framing the views onto the sports pitch.
